Pool Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a new Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! This position will be responsible for a pool route; cleaning, pool chemistry and equipment maintenance. We take great pride in providing quality service to our customers!

REQUIREMENTS: This is a full time position with possible overtime during the summer season. Weekly pool cleaning Monday – Friday; 7:30am start time. Some Saturdays, rotating on call shift. VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED

Applicants must possess the following:- Must be at least 18 years old- Valid Texas drivers license with a good driving record – Able to work long hours outside in extreme temperatures- Complete certification and online/field training- Motivated towards great Customer Service – Excellent work ethic and team mentality – Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Mature, dependable and punctual – Swimming pool maintenance experience a plus, will train the right person

Customer Service Oriented – have an exceptional and positive attitude- Excellent written, verbal, and group communication skills- Possess intermediate computer skills in a Windows environment.- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
