D.R. Horton, Inc.is currently looking for anInternet Sales/Marketing Specialist.The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales. Support the Marketing Department by administering various tasks and projects

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website, 800-number, and outsourced companies
Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
Enter and update information in a customer management database
Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
Assist Marketing Manager with model documentation
Assist Marketing Manager with various tasks when new communities come online
Perform division website maintenance. Update divisional webpages to ensure accurate and complete quick move-in homes, plans, pricing, and elevations
Coordinate email and digital marketing needs with Region or Corporate Marketing Teams
Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
Enter Sales Contracts into DHI Sales database
Assist Marketing Manager with special projects
Order all signage, kiosks, bandits, banners, balloons, etc.
Order miscellaneous supplies for models, realtor and buyer functions
Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to work overtime

Education and/or Experience
Associate degree from two-year college or technical school
One to three years of related experience and/or training
Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
The noise level is generally moderate

Knowledge of real estate terminology
Presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail
