We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter for a government commercial/industrial project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various carpentry and labor level tasks.
Reading blueprints, layout, metal stud and wood framing, setting hollow metal frames, doors, windows, blocking, backing, cleanup, tool inventory, rental equipment, and maintaining equipment,
Additional responsibilities include setting up safety barricades and general cleanup.
Details:
Project is a advanced manufacturing facility in Golden, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays). 6-7 AM start time. 8-10 hour days. 40-50 hours per week.
Qualifications:
4 years of carpentry experience on commercial projects. Industrial is a plus.
Must have tools
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have his/her own car.
Soft Skills:
Ability to manage tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail
