Job Description
We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment in our production areas. This includes keeping machinery in optimal working condition, providing technical assistance, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, and supporting the PM program to reduce unscheduled downtime.
Pay: $34-37/hour based on experience
Available Shifts:
1st shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Mondays 2:00 AM – 2:00 PM, rotating weekends)
2nd shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Rotating Friday-Sunday 12 PM – 12 AM, rotating weekends)
3rd shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Sundays 6 PM – 6 AM, rotating weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components for various manufacturing equipment.
Solve electrical problems, perform control wiring and board repairs, and use electrical measurement devices and mechanic tools.
Read and interpret operation manuals and electrical schematics, and perform computer-related tasks.
Install, wire, and maintain electrical devices such as relays, photo-eyes, limit switches, and PLC I/O modules.
Understand PLCs and control circuits, with a preference for knowledge of AB/Omron systems.
Assist with system startups, operational checkouts, configuration, wiring, calibration, and testing.
Perform preventative maintenance and assist in diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds of machines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus.
Must own a set of tools and steel-toed boots.
Comfortable reading blueprints.
Must be able to successfully complete HACCP Certification.
