Customer Support/Sales Support

TEKsystems has an exciting new opportunity for a sales support representative for an international sporting brand! Please apply if you have prior experience in the sporting-goods industry and are looking for your next administrative/customer service position.

Description:

Providing excellent customer service

Partner with outside sales representatives and collaborating with other sales support representatives to ensure efficiency

Answer customer calls, help with orders, process sales, credits, returns, answer questions, warranty claims with high product and brand knowledge.

Data entry and customer relationship building

Perform customer order entry.

Monitor customer credit risk. If a customer is high-risk, notify the credit department before entering a new order.

Communicate with and support all departments.

Authorize credit card payments for appropriate customers.

Early close at 3pm on Fridays

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent or 1 years of related experience.

Sporting goods industry experience preferred (Tennis especially!) but not required.

Working knowledge of Database software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Word is required.
