Advanced Field Service Engineer for Honeywell International, Inc. in Centennial, CO
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily implementation, administration and troubleshooting of the Honeywell HPS products installed at the customer location.
Required to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representative as well as provide first response technical support.
Works with the Field Services Manager and Lifecycle Services and Solutions business functions to maintain and grow the business by identifying customer needs and provided solutions based on the HPS suite of products and services.
Act as Area Migrations Lead/Mentor.
Responsible for Complex SPOT and Project Scoping & Execution.
Plan complex reporting to support Incidents.
Provide proactive maintenance support, Drive asset optimization for individual customers.
Responsible for Distributed Control System Maintenance including: Hardware Components, Software Components, Field Troubleshooting of common IO and Loop Problems, and Field Troubleshooting of End Devices.
Add and Delete of TAGS/Points.
Add and Modify Logic as per standard.
Work with voltages up to 110VAC and 40VDC.
Configure, maintain, and solve Honeywell hardware and software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware / software such as Local Control Network, Total Plant Solution. Learn the end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions.
Troubleshoot Network Connections of Ethernet and Coaxial Cabling.
Modify and edit Human Machine Interface Graphics.
Act as Focal Point for Honeywell with the customer on providing technical solution.

$137,259/year

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field, and 4 years of relevant experience. Must have 4 years of experience with the following: experience with software configuration, migration, project engineering experience, virtualization, Cyber process control, electrical, or other application experience; development of DCS Logic and Interface software applications compliant with customer/company specifications and/or applicable industry standards; development / Execution of Test Procedures; and remote Support / Troubleshooting of system after installation. Up to 75% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
