Job Title: Drywall Foreman

Will be working for a commercial general contractor.

Projects: New build multifamily buildings across the Denver metro area.

Job Description

Responsible for managing candidates on the job, leading safety orientations, and collecting timecards.

Manage crew to schedule.

Managing 2-3 people on the job.

Will have tool bags on.

Qualifications

4 years of experience of drywall and metal stud framing

1 year of experience as a drywall foreman

Experience with drywall cutting, hanging, taping, sanding, and patching

Experience leading and managing a crew.

Ability to read blueprints and layout

Manage crew to schedule

Experience with job site safety walks

Knowledge of exterior structural framing, interior framing, ceiling framing, trusses, and fire rating systems

Work Environment

Large commercial projects, unoccupied multifamily projects or tenant improvement jobs. They will be working on projects across the Denver Metro area.

Must be able to get to and from job sites.
