The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the broader Customer
Experience Product Management & Engineering teams in collaborating with
clients and internal teams to evolve our portfolio of digital experience
products, including CSG Xponent, our industry-leading platform that
enables businesses to build, automate, and personalize customer
experiences across multiple channels. Our customer experience solution
combines data management capabilities with customer journey analytics and
customer journey orchestration to analyze users current behavior and
preferences, and then deliver relevant content and product recommendations
to users preferred channels.

Prefers someone from Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will:

You will report to the Executive Director of Product Management and will be
responsible for the full product lifecycle for their solutions, from
developing a business case, collecting, and documenting requirements,
working with R&D to plan, track, and deliver product features,
engaging with marketing and sales to advance opportunities, and support the
delivery team in deploying our products.
Responsible for bringing new product solutions to market, including managing
the entire product lifecycle (ideation, definition, development,
release, and post-release), driving the evolution of the products, and
supporting sales and marketing to promote the solutions.
Works with software engineering teams on new products and current product
enhancements and takes a strategic view to evolve our customer experience
solutions.
Acts as a subject matter expert for products within the portfolio. Evangelizes
products to internal teams and external clients, and answers questions
related to the products.
Present to leadership on new product initiatives and status.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates with:

Bachelors degree in engineering/computer science or comparable technical
discipline
Proficiency in English in a business environment.
5-7 years of experience in product management functions, preferably with a
focus on SaaS products.
Demonstrated experience developing requirements and bringing new products to
market.
Strong business analysis skills to assess challenges and propose solutions,
subject to constraints.
Solid knowledge of journey orchestration platforms or related technologies is
highly desirable.
A deep understanding of platform management considerations is preferred.
Must be comfortable with written and verbal communication.
Must have the ability to manage multiple active projects with accountability
for deliverables.
Excellent presentation skills
