Are you looking for an opportunity to deepen your project management and supply chain skills in a meaningful work environment that supports and protects explorers and heroes? Join our team! As a Supplier Management Specialist, youll plan and implement activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. Youll ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled. Youll lead a matrixed supplier management team in managing and facilitating assigned supplier’s program execution and identify, mitigate and resolve risks/issues, as well as facilitating supplier performance of government contracts in a supplier management team environment. Youll partner with the Program Office, Engineering, Operations and Business Management in developing and establishing target prices and schedules for assigned suppliers and then execute within that plan. Within constructs of the execution plan, youll lead a matrixed team in managing and facilitating all relevant supplier’s program execution and identifying, mitigating and resolving risks/issues to ensure all work products meet cost, schedule and technical requirements. Additionally, your responsibilities will include reviewing contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements.

Must-haves:
Bachelors Degree in a related field and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
Program Management Professional (PMP) certifications
Certification by the Institute of Supply Management (ISM)
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 – $98,090.40. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
