Consumer Sales team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices!
Cochlear is helping people hear, and be heard, all over the world. In this
role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This
role is hybrid, requiring you to be in our Lone Tree, Colorado office 2
days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home.

The Bilingual Candidate Support Specialist provides a world class customer
experience to potential candidates serving as the first point of contact with
our company. The Candidate Support Specialist must demonstrate a high degree
of integrity, empathy, sensitivity, and patience for the hearing
impaired along with respect for members privacy in responding to customer
inquiries. The Candidate Support Specialist will triage inbound emails,
responding to requests for candidate information and forwarding other
correspondence to the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a World Class experience to potential candidates by providing
responsive and complete service through telephone communications.
Inform candidates about the benefits of implantable hearing solutions,
answering general inquiries, triaging candidate lead quality through
dialogue with customers and motivating candidates to take the next step.
Document candidate lead information ensuring data integrity within CRM. Send
candidate materials in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain working relationships with the Regional Consumer field
team by engaging phone leads and assigning to the Concierge once the lead is
ready to move forward. The Candidate Support Specialist will also assist the
Engagement Manager by generating Professional referral lead records in
Salesforce on behalf of the EM.
Complete regional outbound call campaigns to verify lead quality and provide
Clinic information. Ensure Concierge phone-only leads are contacted within 48
hours utilizing individual dashboard report.

Requirements
Bilingual Preferred
High School Diploma or GED
6-12 months of customer service experience
Ability to work 2 days a week in the Lone Tree, CO office

Pay Range in the United States: $27.90 – $28.50 based upon experience,
as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary. Exact
compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
