The Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and building capabilities that will positively impact our customers. The Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Hours for this position will be based on EASTERN time, primarily 8am-5pm, with flexibility based on location.

The Senior Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional leads transformations and experience improvement development for an improved healthcare experience that will drive the future vision of the companys core businesses. This position will focus on change management, ensuring business groups are ready for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiative Leadership and Governance​ – Serve as initiative POC for business leaders and key stakeholders providing through leadership and driving accountability of results ​

Relationship Management​ – Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and aligned partners, through regular communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution​

Pilot / Rollout Strategy and Approach ​- Gain alignment on the appropriate scope of pilot and rollout, including identifying how to segment user groups and technology to enable iterative learning and quick wins​

Stakeholder Engagement / Change Management​ – Identifying and execute on appropriate change management techniques to manage resistance to change​

User Adoption and Experience Tracking​ – Measure and track adoption rates and gather feedback to continually improve user experience to ensure successful implementation and rollout​

Day 1 Readiness ​- Ensure readiness for go-live through partnership with support teams providing ongoing support and addressing any post-launch issues​

Transition Planning / Operationalization​ – Outline transition plan establishing appropriate support structures is in place to support sustained impact​

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to business readiness including change management

Minimum 1 year of project leadership experience, to include leading large teams/programs

Proven track record in leading successful change management initiatives, demonstrating the ability to navigate organizations through complex transformations

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationship with stakeholders at various organizational levels

Track record of setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs, with a focus on delivering tangible and measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

Management consulting experience

Change management certification

Experience with AI implementations

Work-At-Home Requirements

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$76,800 – $105,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
