We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure seamless operations. Pay:

$33.00/hr – $40.00/hr (based on experience with opportunities for advancement)

Shift:

2x2x3, 5:30 PM – 5:00 AM

Must be open to working on weekends

Schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.

Qualifications:

3 years of industrial maintenance experience

Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus

Proficiency with hydraulics and pneumatics

Experience with PLC troubleshooting

Ability to read blueprints

Job Description:

The Maintenance Technician will perform mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment. Responsibilities include:

Carrying out preventative maintenance schedules accurately and on time

Responding to reactive maintenance needs

Taking initiative in performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance tasks

Hands-on working knowledge of single and 3-phase industrial electricity and machine repair

Work Environment:

Train on day shift, then move to night shift

Training lasts 2-3 weeks

Work with lead technicians during training

Hands-on training, 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday starting at 5:30 AM
