POSITION: Road and Bridge Mechanic

REQUIREMENTS:1.High school diploma or GED equivalent plus completion of one
(1) year ofspecialized course work providing technical training in diesel
andautomotive maintenance and repair and computerized diagnostics;
AND
2.Four (4) years of experience in major repair or a variety of gas and
dieselvehicles.
OR
3.An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess a valid Colorado Class A driver s license.
ASE Certification desirable but not required. May be required to become a
certified DOT inspector. May be required to become a certified flagger.

WAGE: Pay range is from $19.4331 to $25.8060 per hour. Additional
experience and/or qualifications could be reason for additional compensation.

DAYS AND HOURS: Full time position. Schedule to be arranged with employer.

JOB SITE: Logan County, Sterling, CO

DUTIES: is seeking a full time individual to perform skilled journey level
tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of county
mechanized diesel and gas equipment. Performs mechanic duties in the county
maintenance facility or in the field.
