The Pluralsight One team seeks a mission-driven professional to build and lead employee engagement programs, including global volunteering and giving. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-impact function alongside a talented and passionate team of collaborators!

What youll do:
Develop programs and resources that empower teams and individuals to meaningfully engage at work with the causes they care about through volunteering and charitable giving.
Partner with leaders across the company to plan and execute volunteer opportunities with their teams. Build with a high degree of operational excellence, ensuring that this work is impactful, scalable, and measurable.
Deliver targeted support to our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and partner with our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team to drive impact and engagement.
Weave connections between our philanthropic partners and our employees, and make social impact a demonstrable pillar of our employer brand.
Help employees tell their impact stories and partner with our Internal Communications team to drive engagement and pride across the company.

Proven experience in employee engagement, community relations, corporate social responsibility, or similar roles, preferably in a hybrid or remote work setting.
Strong strategic thinking and program management skills, with the ability to develop, execute, and measure the impact of employee engagement initiatives and strategies.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to set measurable goals, track progress, and report on the impact of initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employee resource groups, diversity and inclusion teams, and community partners.
Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, volunteerism, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
Leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams and senior executives.
A passion for social impact, community service, and creating a positive company culture.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelors degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders effectively.
