What you will do:
Contact customers via phone and email to obtain updated insurance information
Correspond with insurance carriers, third parties, and customers on all insurance matters
Process cancellations and refunds for ancillary products
Communicate with dealerships regarding cancelled ancillary products
Understand and apply regulatory guidelines
Things that will help you succeed:
Experience in insurance claims or finance is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
