Job Description

The production supervisor role will be responsible for scheduling and organizing the production process, monitoring the production quality, production efficiencies, production process, and resolving any product issues by troubleshooting machines or personnel. The production supervisor will be proficient in all aspects of the production process and able to troubleshoot product issues. This role involves managing a team, production levels, and occasionally working on the production lines with the team. The production supervisor will direct the team daily in the processing of products according to quality specifications.

Hard Skills

4 years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Prior experience with OEE, RMO, and conversion costs

Product experience is a major PLUS

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Work Environment

Shift: 12 hour shifts (2 week rotating) 6:00 am – 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (2 on 3 off & 3 on 2 off). 80,000 square foot warehouse. 24-7 Operation.
