Slalom Phoenix is seeking an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant
to join its Delivery Leadership team within the Business Advisory
Services practice. Qualified candidates will have experience delivering
value and significant impact to businesses of different scale and scope
while moving the needle on business transformation initiatives.

What Youll Do

– Manage technical projects through the SDLC process and/or an Agile,
iterative process.
– Understand the clients strategic direction and apply it to the
project team to drive specific outcomes and real business benefits
– Design, develop and lead feedback-driven client solutions
– Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a
team member, or lead teams of consultants and/or clients to
successful project delivery
– Work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client
knowledge and credibility

What Youll Bring

– 5 years of project management and/or business analysis.
– Prior management consulting experience in a project-based,
client-facing environment; ideally across multiple industries.
– Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
– Ability to apply structured approaches and methodologies to your
project work.
– Ability to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client
concerns.
– Ability to develop a set of actionable and targeted project plans or
project strategies as needed.
