Job Description

A healthcare client of Insight Globals is hiring a temp Software Trainer to train doctors, physicians, and medical staff on a new healthcare mobile application. The software trainer will be responsible for training customers in the use of the software application. Training will be conducted on site at the hospital locations. Users of the application, predominately physicians and hospital staff, will often require training in one-on-one sessions or small groups when training on-site. Trainers will also be required to act in a customer service role such as responding to phone calls, texts and emails that may originate from medical providers and others trained to use the app during and after the implementation of the software at the customer location.

Skills and Requirements

Associate degree (bachelors degree preferred), and/or relevant experience gained, and medical certifications earned.

Must have experience training physicians and/or other medical staff, especially in the delivery of care to patients, and/or have previous training experience in another field where interpersonal communication skills are necessary.

Candidates must be proficient with various types of technologies, including smartphones, tablet devices, and laptops, and be comfortable utilizing them while training physicians and other caregivers who will be actively employing the Photon application.

Candidates must have their own car for reliable transportation to each facility (each hospital will be within an hour of Flagstaff, Arizona) null
