The Machine Operator position is critical in the manufacturing of these
high-quality products. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work
environment utilizing 5S principles and adhering to all safety
guidelines.

Job Summary

Continually monitor machine operation to ensure product is within
specifications

Make minor machine adjustments, as needed, throughout production run

Assist with change-overs and equipment cleaning

Help troubleshoot issues as they arise

Maintain standard production rates within quality specifications, and
continual focus on minimizing waste while maintaining machine up-time

Assist with moving material, as needed

Job Requirements

Prior manufacturing experience in a team-based industrial work
environment

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to lift, carry, stand and walk for extended periods of time

Open availability/flexibility to work overtime as needed

Reliable and accountable for attendance and performance

Good verbal and written communication skills

Mechanical/Technical aptitude preferred
