Key Responsibilities:
The AO Training QC team evaluates and ensures training designed and delivered for Airport Operations is effective and compliant. This includes training programs for internal United as well as Business Partners, Ground Handlers and United Express.
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining audit programs to identify and assess risk in training compliance for Airport Operation employees
Conduct audits of training business processes to optimize training effectiveness
Communicates, both written and verbally, audit objectives, testing progress, and results
Partner with AO Learning team and stakeholders to manage corrective action plans and process improvements
Leverage data and other technology to help streamline audits and draw conclusions
Work as a trusted partner and maintain productive relationships with AO Learning team and stakeholders

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
0-1 year experience in quality control, Airport Operations or related work
Ability to understand training programs, from design to delivery to record keeping
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, written and verbal
Project management skills
Ability to build relationships
Familiarity with auditing principles and how to assess risk
Ability to travel domestically or internationally, up to 50%
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
