Sr. Technician

Description:

Troubleshoot, maintain, repair large industrial equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment)

Update and develop plant procedures

Keep equipment running

Find parts needed for projects, obtain quotes and create requisitions for materials and supplies

Generate, delegate and perform work from lists

Guide maintenance technicians

Assist with control room to help run the plant

Skills:

mechanical, troubleshooting, schematics, hydraulics, p&id, electrical, automation, pneumatics, industrial machinery

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associates Degree preferred, Bachelors Degree is a plus, but not required

5 years of experience testing and troubleshooting large machinery

Comfortable working in a large industrial environment

Proficient reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, P&IDs

Knowledge of safety practices

Computer Skills Microsoft office, Excel, data entry
