Maintenance Scheduler/Coordinator – 1st Shift

Pay: $30-$40/hr to start with growth opportunity.

Must have experience with the following:

1. Maintenance planning in MFG for at least 8 technicians.

2. Preventative Maintenance Scheduling experience.

3. Proficient understanding of a CMMS

Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and facilities.

Coordinate with maintenance technicians and other departments to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Monitor and track maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.

Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

Work closely with parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary materials.

Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Hard Skills

3-5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Planner, for departments 8-12 in size.

Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS)

Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and tools.

Parts inventory

Must have High School Diploma or GED
