Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, planning, and implementing quality programs, projects, processes, and activities to meet ISO9001 and other relevant quality standards.
Conduct internal audits in conjunction with the QA department.
Assist with certification audits, customer audits, and inspections.
Review procedures, protocols, and technical documents to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and other applicable quality requirements and company objectives.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from nonconformance reports.
Complete required quality questionnaires from customers.
Participate in investigations of quality incidents, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
Generate reports and maintain records related to quality activities.
Assist in coordinating Management Review meetings and weekly QA remediation meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in various aspects of quality management, including documentation, testing, audit, and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate closely with product developers and other departments involved in Design Control, actively contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance measures.
Assist with quality assurance initiatives for various internal projects and processes.
1st Shift : Monday through Friday, 6am to 8am Start Time, work 8 hour days.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a scientific field, or equivalent degree in the Sciences.
Strong interest in Quality Assurance required.
Preferred: Some laboratory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstrated professional integrity with confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Ability to solve problems analytically, creatively, and collaboratively with team members in a constructive and positive manner.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
