About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a dedicated salesperson to cover the technology, healthcare, and franchise finance specialized industries markets

In this role, you will:

Deliberate engagement with Specialized Industries business lines in Technology, Healthcare and Franchise Finance

Develop strategies to grow business

Provide support to RMs, BDOs, and key stakeholders

Enhance existing relationships

Provide potential entry points to new relationships

Share market intelligence to provide a better client experience

Market opportunity sizing

Provide accountability for coverage

Develop Industry and client goals

Regularly report on progress

Leverage market expertise, existing at WFEF and WFB

Effectively manage client relationships through cyclicality in Specialized Industries

Be proactive with product opportunities

Equip WFB RMs and BDOs with relevant and industry specific marketing material

Provide leads based on market data when appropriate/available

Required Qualifications:

5 years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Prior equipment finance technology, healthcare or franchise finance experience

Market growth strategy experience

Job Expectations:

This position is for a dedicated sales resource to cover the technology, healthcare, and franchise finance specialized industries markets. The expectations of this role will be to lead the specialized industries coverage strategy as follows:

Achieve funded volume in excess of $75 million on an annual basis with a target mix of loans to leases of 70/30.

Deliberate engagement with Specialized Industries business lines in Technology, Healthcare and Franchise Finance

Develop strategies to grow business

Provide support to RMs, BDOs, and key stakeholders

Enhance existing relationships

Provide potential entry points to new relationships

Share market intelligence to provide a better client experience

Market opportunity sizing

Provide accountability for coverage

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 – $287,600.00
