Senior Executive Assistant – Chief Digital Officer
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Chief Digital Officer as well as providing general assistance across departmental/office activities.
About the Role:
The Senior Executive Assistant is the administrative liaison with others internal and external to Mastercard and will filter and prioritize client visits or meetings and communicate on behalf of the executive they support. This position helps create a positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities Include:
• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as calendar management, scheduling meetings; managing travel arrangements, expense reporting; and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Distribute meeting materials; screening email; electronically filing documents; ordering supplies, and maintaining department records, and other duties, as assigned
• Prepare correspondence; email; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation.
• Plan leadership meetings, offsite broader team meetings and customer engagements
• Develop and produce reports, as assigned
• Maintain and update internal and external distribution lists for email correspondence
• Administer programs; projects or processes specific to the operating unit served; and maintains spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information.
• May research special topics, as assigned
• May assist in preparing and maintaining departmental budget
• May monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporary/contract resources
About You:
• Extensive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with c-suite executive level management, senior customers, and board members
• Strong working knowledge of department budgets
• Competency across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with expense management platforms
• Advanced experience in administrative support (with preference for experience within a matrixed, cross functional and global organization)
• Experience in supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced corporate work environment
• Demonstrated professionalism and discretion, and experience in working with highly confidential information
• Must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
• Extremely collaborative and fostering a positive spirit and can-do attitude and is also extremely open in accepting feedback and suggestions
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Intrinsically-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented
• Able to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly
• Able to work with limited supervision

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
