LinkedIn Monetization Strategy team is looking for a Monetization Strategy Manager to help accelerate growth and improve go-to-market strategy for our Talent Solutions business. This individual will work closely with leaders in our marketing, sales, finance, and product organizations to help craft new business models, define monetization strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers, and develop global processes to ensure successful pricing execution.

Responsibilities:
Serve as Talent Solutions monetization strategy trusted advisor for a set of products and services across all lines of business. You will lead 2-3 monetization strategy initiatives concurrently as well as guide workflow for junior team members and/or cross-functional partners supporting the programs.
Partner with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing and BizOps to determine:
How the next generation of Talent Solutions products will be brought to market and monetized.
How we can evolve the current product and offer portfolio pricing and packaging to accelerate growth.
Leverage hypothesis-driven analyses to evaluate pricing and packaging opportunities
Build analytical models to inform, size and influence pricing strategy
Lead voice of customer and field interviews and large-scale quantitative customer research using techniques including max diff, conjoint, concept tests and pricing/value assessments.
Partner with Sales Systems, Central Operations, Sales Ops and Revenue Management partners to determine how to implement pricing & packaging changes into internal systems and processes.
Develop process foundations to improve price governance, monitoring of price performance, execution, market validation, & decision making
Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to our pricing and packaging.
Evolve pricing and packaging to better align with customer value and willingness-to-pay to encourage deeper customer relationships
Drive recommendations and partner with stakeholders to turn opportunities into realized value by providing guidance and support throughout the go-to-market proce
Basic Qualifications:
4 Years of Pricing, BizOps, Business Strategy, Finance, Business Analytics and/or Go-To-Market Strategy experience at a SaaS company or similar experience at analytical role.
BA/BS degree in economics, management science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building & optimizing commercial business models or broader Go-To-Market strategies, optimizing packaging & pricing strategy for B2B internet / SaaS / Software businesses
Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer insight to drive strategic Go-To-Market, pricing and/or packaging decisions.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; Experience using hypothesis and data-driven analyses to solve complex business problems and quantify business opportunities. (e.g., A/B testing and other experimentation methods)
Experience conducting end-to-end market research and research methods in pricing (e.g. Van Westendorp, Gabor Granger, Conjoint etc.).
Experience operating in a cross-functional work environment with a history of making impact.
Proven track record in developing the business case for changes in Go-To-Market strategy for a global senior executive audience (Senior Directors/VPs/LOB C-Suite)
Ability to set up and manage a strategy project end to end.
Comfortable building and interpreting reports in CRM, running own SQL analyses and building financial models.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment
Ability to structure and communicate complex information in a simplified manner both written and verbally.
Relevant graduate level degree in business (i.e., MBA), economics or a related field
Comfortable with developing creative solutions under ambiguity and uncertainty.
Strategic and creative problem-solver who loves to tackle complex challenges in a collaborative team environment.
Intellectually curious and adaptable to different environments and team settings.
Marketing strategy skills. Ability to understand customer needs/perceived value, drive customer value creation, and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth.

The pay range for this role is $98,000-$153,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
