Role description

The opportunity

Unitys Industry team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a critical role in helping our customers solve complex customer problems in automotive, energy, and other industrial sectors.

You will oversee and coordinate work with internal teams and strategic outsourced partners to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will need to facilitate communication and ensure that visions are aligned across different disciplines, from design to engineering. The outcome of these projects will need to reflect the highest engineering standards that showcases Unitys broad real-time 3D capabilities.

What youll be doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring all project expectations and goals are well-understood

Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring everyone is aligned on project objectives and deliverables.

Drive quality standards such that all projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Ability to streamline processes in global functions and develop larger programmatic approaches.

What were looking for

Project management experience working with industrial clients

Strong familiarity with overseeing large software engineering teams and projects, from start-to-finish

Grounded understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners

Experience using Unity in a professional environment
