About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead with a passion for team and cultural development across the Chief Technology Office. This person will take ownership and drive successful execution of strategic initiatives that enhance team dynamics, strengthen organizational culture, improve overall employee engagement, and ensure that team morale, productivity, and operational efficiency are optimized. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transformation process execution, leadership development, and change management, combined with a passion for fostering a high-performing and cohesive organizational environment.

In this role, you will:

Lead the execution of team and development initiatives to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies and objectives.

Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success of team development & cultural programs, team engagement, and execution effectiveness.

Drive cross-functional collaboration by acting as a liaison between various departments and leadership teams to ensure initiatives are embraced at all levels.

Identify process inefficiencies and develop strategies to streamline operations and improve the execution of programs.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven assessments of team performance, engagement, and cultural alignment.

Mentor and coach team leaders on business execution strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile responsiveness.

Conduct regular assessments of team morale, employee engagement, and cultural health, using insights to adjust and improve ongoing initiatives.

Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions aimed at improving leadership development, team cohesion, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that team development & cultural initiatives are integrated into recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.

Lead team meetings or cadences to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plan.

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

Required Qualifications:

10 years of Transformation, Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Primary Duties & Job Expectations:

Strategic Development (30%) – Develop and implement long-term strategies for team and cultural development. Align team development & cultural initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Leadership and Mentorship (25%) – Provide leadership and guidance to managers and team leaders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Design & Implementation Management (20%) – Design and oversee programs to enhance team cohesion and engagement. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of team development & cultural initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication (15%) – Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and departments. Serve as a liaison between the CTO and other business units.

Evaluation and Reporting (10%) – Track and report on key metrics related to team performance and cultural health. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.

Please note that this position carries with it an in-office expectation. We expect you to work in-office in a hybrid capacity at either our San Leandro, or Dallas-Westlake location. This position is not available for Visa support.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field. Masters degree preferred or equivalent years of experience in high visibility leadership roles preferred.

Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives. Expertise in agile methodologies and lean processes, with the ability to apply them to cultural and team development frameworks.

Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma or Agile frameworks. Experience in organizational psychology, or leadership coaching. Familiarity with employee engagement tools, workshop training, and executive presentations.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 – $287,600.00
