An enterprise client in the health care space is looking to hire an IT Support Engineer for their Clinical Trials team. In this role, you would be troubleshooting hardware and software, providing post implementation application support, and sit in a customer facing role.
They ideally need someone with strong HIPAA knowledge and ITIL protocols. This is a contract position with the possibility of converting to full time.
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of IT Support experience
Experience in a customer facing role
Experience communicating and presenting to business partners/stakeholders
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software
Change management experience
ITIL protocols
HIPAA knowledge
Active Directory
Strong communication skills
