Position: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara CA

Duration:2 months on W2

Pay Rate: $24/hr on W2

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Coordinator will manage work orders, issue purchase orders, and handle daily operations tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor emails and respond to client inquiries.

Create, close, and file work orders.

Issue purchase orders and run reports.

Handle ad hoc tasks and prioritize incoming work.

Ensure compliance with waste disposal and recycling protocols.

Qualifications:

1 year experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and work order systems.

Strong communication, multitasking, and basic financial knowledge.
