Groundskeeper

We are hiring a year-round Groundskeeper to help keep our grounds
functionally and aesthetically sound. The best candidate for this
position will be someone who exhibits a positive attitude and is
receptive to instruction. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED
TO: – Maintains lawns, landscaping, trees, shrubs, flowers, irrigation,
exterior fencing, and driveways – Operates various types of landscaping/
gardening power equipment and hand tools – Assists with trimming,
cutting, and removing trees and shrubs as needed – Completes snow
removal tasks by operating snowplows, and snowblowers to clear roads,
driveways, and parking lots COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: – Compensation is
commensurate with experience and willingness to learn. – Benefits

(after one year of employment). REQUIREMENTS: – Applicants are required
to have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time and must be
physically able to operate power equipment. – Although not required,
preference will be given to candidates with experience in grounds
maintenance or landscaping.
