DDS House Manager

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation of a group home for
adults with developmental disabilities. DUTIES INCLUDE: – Responsible
for training and supervising staff members – Ensure the home is safe,
clean and comfortable at all times – Provide supports to individuals to
help them live as independently as possible, maintain optimal health and
are giving sufficient opportunities to engage in their desired
activities and interested at home and in the community
SKILLS/ABILITIES: – Leadership – Patience – Effective communication
skills – Passion for helping others QUALIFICATIONS: – 18 years of age or
older – Valid US drivers license and ready access to a vehicle – High
School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience with MH/DD – Complete all
