Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Shift:
1st shift: 6:40am-3pm,
2nd shift: 2:40pm-11pm.
Pay:
Pay: 27-35 to start
JOB DUTIES:
· Will be troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components and assembly machinery.
· Will be performing basic electrical repairs that could consist of adjusting switches, switch motors, PLCs, cylinders, heat inserters, bowl feeders, pin inserters, sonic welders, and more.
· Will be doing light mechanical as well, if they are noticing a machine arm is not extending long enough to grip the product and pick up, they will adjust to ensure it can reach moving forward.
· If they notice a cylinder is not making a switch, need to adjust the switch to ensure it will trigger the cylinder.
· When they are not doing machine maintenance, they will be getting fixtures catalogued, documented and labeled and general cleanup/organization of their area and tools.
Hard Skills
3 years experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components
3 years experience working on production equipment
