Setting Level 2 Skilled Nursing Facility

Openings Day shift 7a-3p

Pay Rate

Local: $48/hour

Travel: $ 2,400 gross weekly pay

Start Date 11/4 or 11/18

Duration 13 weeks

Schedule

· 40 hours per week

· EOW required.

· 5 8s,1st shift

Contract Requirements

· Strong skilled nursing experience serving geriatric population

· Dementia Training

· Weekends are required (either every other or every weekend)

· TB (2step), Titers, BLS

· MA license
