Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires proficiency in Procore, a leading construction management software, to ensure efficient project documentation, communication, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, and report any deviations to the Project Manager.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
Proficiency in Procore construction management software is required
