Job Description
Ability to read, understand and interpret rules and regulations, including safety regulations.
Ability to follow and abide by all rules and regulations as stated in Kemper Development Company security manuals defining conduct and procedures.
Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions.
Ability to maintain simple records.
Ability to perform security checks as required, keeping accurate logs and times for these checks.
Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public as well as fellow employees, reflecting positively on The Bellevue Collection at all times and building positive relationships in your day‐to‐day activities on behalf of the Security Department.
Ability to catch onto things quickly, reacting calmly and quickly in emergency situations.
Displays high standards of ethical conduct. Exhibits honesty and integrity. Refrains from theft‐related, dishonest, or unethical behavior.
Works and communicates with internal and external clients and customers to meet their needs in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner. Committed to quality service.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to drive safely under all conditions and circumstances.

This is a fully on-site position in BELLEVUE, Washington.
