Financial Reporting Analyst Intern
Location: Bellevue, Washington
About this opportunity:
As an intern within the Customer Unit T-Mobile, your job is spread across a variety of functions and groups but serves to enhance communication throughout the organization and support daily operative and administrative functions. On a day-to-day basis you will be working with a variety of employees throughout the company. This position focuses on both the administrative and operational aspects of the CU, and thus provides exposure and learning opportunities with regards to different business areas. While the CU as a whole is very customer focused, your role and primary contacts focus on the functionality and governance of internal processes that allow the business to take place and operations to be carried out.
What you will do:
Facilitate communication between Sales Directors, operations and contract management
Analyze and maintain contract documentation and ensure observance with SOX Compliance principles and adherence to proper revenue recognition
Work with a team of 18 account directors regarding business and spending expectations for specific contracts
In charge of weekly Sales Force and Sales CLM maintenance
Manage day-to-day activities of Pre-Sales budgeting process: handling off-shore requests, creating and maintaining networks, ensuring proper cost transfers occur
Produce weekly financials report related to OPEX budgeting charges and updates
Adhoc projects such as estimation of TMO Capex spend, Salesforce migration, SharePoint and EOY network migration
The skills you bring:
Intermediate Excel Knowledge: pivot tables, Vlookup etc
Proficiency in other MS Office programs
Basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated and driven
Able to work independently
Team player
Attention to detail

The compensation range for this position is listed below. The actual compensation offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, a combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Washington: $28 – $32 per hour
