Roles & Responsibilities
Perform various program administrative functions for a portfolio of contracts including, but not limited to:
Create contract summaries as a refence point for financial aspects to be used by various internal teams.
Transition pipeline to backlog upon contract execution.
Review and validate backlog to total contract value.
Generate invoices for services and procure backup documentation per contract requirements.
Coordinate with project lead for invoices disputed and work with to resolve.
Create supplier purchase orders related for projects (i.e. contingent workers, installation services, 3rd party hardware, etc). Responsible for getting approval on all invoices coordinating payment with Accounts Payable.
Assist PM and project lead with cost budgets.
Track and communicate forecast variances and project status changes.
Draft revenue for services and provide month/quarter/year end close documentation/support.
Ad Hoc projects and customer requests.
Required Skills And Experience
1 years of work experience, preferably in a finance-related role (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage concurrent projects in a self-motivated and driven manner.
Familiarity with general accounting terms.
Beginner Excel knowledge.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills And Experience
Oracle experience.
Salesforce experience.
Education
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Pay Transparency:
Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this position is $33,000-$92,000.00
