What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional service to build deep and lasting member relationships.

Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance via phone or email.

Meet and exceed key critical metrics.

Research and resolve problems with urgency, under the guidance of our MCC Supervisor or MCCR Lead.

Take ownership of member concerns, set expectations, and provide timely follow-up and resolution.

Identify opportunities to offer additional products, promotions, and services to members, generating referrals that deepen relationships.

Stay informed about our policies, procedures, and regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual Spanish & English: Essential for effective communication with our diverse member base.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to resolve requests with urgency and escalate when necessary.

Team player who promotes and participates in a cohesive team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of member concerns.

Creative thinker who can resolve member concerns while adhering to policies and regulations.

Analytical skills to recommend operational improvements.

Friendly, professional demeanor with a member-centric approach.

Minimum of a high school diploma; some college coursework preferred; degree highly desirable.

1 year experience in call center customer service.

Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy with members, peers, and staff.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment; familiarity with call center programs desired.

Comfort with online systems and other technology.

Work Environment:

Call center environment within our credit union.

6 weeks of training (4 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting).

8-hour shifts during normal banking hours (9-6), with rotating Saturdays after training.

Locations: Richland, Spokane, or Lynnwood.

After 90 days, based on quality/KPI, team members can apply to work from home.
