Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Senior Implementation Manager position provides technical, support, and governance services to Enterprise Risk Projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely delivery, and budget adherence. The role involves improving project schedules, reducing costs, and mitigating risks, working directly with CPM or RMM Managers and Project Managers. This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.
Pay rate: $84.67 – $112.06

Responsibilities:
Identify strategies to improve schedule performance, quality, and resource efficiency
Detect errors or misconceptions for successful project implementation
Project Schedule (work management and lifecycle schedules)
Implementation Means & Methods (EN and Vendor)
Risk Register, Work Orders, and Associated Documentation (weld records, ASME Section XI repair and replacement plans, field sketches, etc.)
Quality Control Inspections & Hold Points
Test & Commissioning Plans
Clearance Orders & Turnover Strategy
Materials, Tools, and Specialty Tooling
Resource Load Boards (mobilization and demobilization strategy)
Budget/Estimate (assumptions, constraints, unit rates, wage rates, etc.)
Radiological Strategies (contamination controls, decontamination strategies, etc.)
Rigging/Material Handling Plans
Ensure quality of all WOTs associated with assigned scope prior to field activities
Remediate WOTs lacking quality, containing incorrect references, introducing error traps, or poorly written instructions
Provide improvements to factory, shop, site, mock-up, and post-modification testing/acceptance plans
Identify activities/processes benefiting from mock-ups
Provide input and guidance to make mock-ups effective and impactful
Share personal operating experience and identify relevant industry experiences
Develop response strategies based on these experiences
Serve as the ASME Person in Charge for Section XI Repair & Replacement Plan work scope as needed
Stay informed on codes, standards, innovative technologies, technical skillsets, implementation strategies, and industry trends related to Enterprise Risk Projects
Offer timely and candid feedback to Project Managers, Oversight Managers, and Department Management on project strategy and implementation
Oversee shop or field activities, ensuring adherence to the project strategy
Provide coaching to avoid changes in the plan
Act as the person in charge of project activities on shifts opposite the Project Manager
Oversee crews of more than 50 individuals as needed
Collaborate with vendor resources to identify and remove roadblocks
Participate in key strategy meetings with the Project Manager
Example meetings include Design Review Boards, Steering Committees, Integrated Implementation Briefings, High-Risk Work Plan Challenge Meetings, Project Readiness/Challenge Meetings, Schedule Development Meetings, Risk Management Meetings, etc.
Requirements:
Requires an advanced (graduate) degree in a related field of study or business AND 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial
