About the Role:
The Sr. Manager, Sales Force Solutions is responsible for the ongoing support and continuous improvement of the IT-related process and technology systems that support the ITCI Sales Force, including but not limited to project and portfolio management, new project identification, prioritization, planning, and post-implementation system and end-user support.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with colleagues from IT, Sales Force, Sales Operations, and Sales Training to analyze incidents and trends related to Sales Force process and technology challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and architect solutions.
Coordinate operations with the Sales Force Support Desk, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues, identifying and developing reference materials, training and providing level 2 support, optimizing escalation paths, and maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.
Provide day-to-day support in the oversight and execution of Sales Force Application support-related and project-related efforts, including project planning, project management, release management, system change control, and Service Desk readiness.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Sales Force IT system processes and configurations, coordinating with partner functions to ensure a complete and easy to navigate set of resources for the field.
Grow and maintain strong relationships with customers across Commercial, facilitating consensus across solution deliveries and continuous improvement efforts.
Facilitate program management, oversight, and issue escalation/resolution within the portfolio of approved IT initiatives.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day Commercial IT Vendor activities to ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Support execution and analysis of post-project benefits realization efforts to ensure successful deliveries and drive the ideation of new projects.
Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Requirements:
Experience with commercial IT support, with experience within the life sciences industry.
Experience working in the field or in a direct support role to field representatives.
2 years of IT experience preferred.
2 years of project / program management and oversight experience.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
2 years of CRM support experience required, with strong preference for experience with Veeva CRM. Certification in Veeva admin support preferred.
Big 3 consulting experience preferred.
Consulting experience preferred.
Experience managing third-party IT vendor relationships.

Sr. Manager, Sales Force Solutions – Base Salary Range $120,000 – $145,000
