Kenvue is recruiting for a Social Media Specialist to support the NEUTROGENA brand. This position reports into the Manager of Neutrogena Equity & Communications. The anticipated start date is August 2024. The position can be remote or based out of Skillman or Summit, NJ.

Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvues corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .) opened to remote.
Pay: $73,000 – $117,300

In this role, you will be Neutrogenas socially native brain, deeply adept at all social media channels, existing and emerging capabilities. You will play the lead role in engaging with our consumers, creators by bringing the authentic Neutrogena tone and voice in order to maximize relevancy and foster a community of organic love and interest in the Neutrogena brand in the primary mediums where our core target is most active.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Own the Neutrogena social media channels, overseeing the day-to-day interactions on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with internal brand teams and external social media agencies to create cohesive social media strategies
The management of overall content plans and content calendars
Content Creation and Management:
Support the shaping of the Neutrogena monthly content calendar including bringing ideas from learnings of interactions with community
Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms
Assist in obtaining approvals from internal stakeholders including brand and legal
Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and messaging.
Schedule, tagging and publish content across all social media channels.
Facilitate the connection between media and content
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Foster and grow online communities, encouraging user-generated content and active participation.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Closely monitor the hottest most relevant socially native trends and competitive activity and provide inspiration back to category and Megabrand teams on how we as Neutrogena can activate in a more socially native way
Lead the development of content briefs in partnership with the brand team and agency partners
Serve as the primary liaison between the corporation, social media agencies, and internal brand teams.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, PR, product development) to align social media activities with broader marketing and business initiatives.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 – $117,300 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidates skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
