Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician with a high school diploma or equivalent. A two-year degree in a specialized maintenance trade is preferred. Candidates should have 0-2 years of related experience and possess basic mechanical knowledge, with electrical skills being a plus. The role requires the ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You should also be capable of completing work orders and entering the required paperwork into a computer. Strong mathematical skills are essential, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for professional communication with co-workers and supervisors. The position requires physical ability to lift up to ninety (90) lbs.

Work Environment
Frozen food manufacturing environment with variable temperatures (warm and cold). Cleanroom environment requiring appropriate gowning. Specific to a dumpling and noodle manufacturer.
