Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem
Schedule Requirements:
- Must have schedule availability for 2 out of 3 holidays.
- All requested time off must be approved before signing.
- Auto offer available.
- Patient ratio: 1:5.
- Every other weekend and holiday work is required, as applicable.
- Will float within skillset when not needed in home unit.
- No block scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Experience with EPIC charting.
- Ability to interpret and manage own Telemetry.
- Strong IV skills (no A-lines).
- Experience managing cardiac drips (no titration), chest tubes, and tracheostomies.
- Preferred experience with CVAs.
Patient Mix:
- 4-bed Intermediate Care Unit (IMC).
- Post cath lab, insulin drips, medical overflow.
- No ventilators.
- Continuous pulse oximetry, high-flow nasal cannula, insulin drips.
- Vital signs every 2 hours, neuro checks every 2 hours, or vascular checks every 2 hours.
- Blood sugar checks every 1-2 hours.
