Description

Status: Hourly/Non-exempt

Location:Wayne & Ontario County Branches (Canandaigua, Farmington, Geneva, Macedon, Newark & Sodus)

Shift/Hours:Full-time, based on business needs. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Our MSAs work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochesters top mid-sized workplaces five years in a row, is seeking to add an energetic team member to support our Wayne & Ontario County branches.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others

Confidence to recommend products and services

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Required Training and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is desired

Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.

Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.

Capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
