Welder

M.I.C. Industries, Inc. is looking for a skilled welder to join our team. As a welder, you will perform the duties associated with production of various M.I.C. Industries products producing a high-quality product in an efficient and safe manner.

You will be responsible for large and small steel fabricating weldments. Trailer experience a plus.

To be successful as a welder, you should have:

– Ability to cut, shape, and join metal parts using various welding techniques and equipment.
– Knowledge of different welding methods, such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
– Ability to explain all welding symbols, what them mean and what technique is required to perform the duty
– Ability to use hand and power tools, such as grinders, drills, and torches
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
– A welding certificate or relevant experience
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– A high school diploma or equivalent
