If this sounds like an environment you would thrive in, we have an exciting opportunity for aPrincipal Project Managerwith our Pressure Water Reactor Owners Group (PWROG) team. This is a remote opportunity that can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Your Day-to-Day with responsibilities for overseeing and controlling various programs within our organization:
Manage technical committee and activities of the PWR Owners Group per the Charter and Operations Manual.
The expectation is that the Project Manager will be responsible leading one of our technical committees.
Develop and implement specific strategic plans for committee and PWROG level activities.
Facilitate technical committee meetings and potential international workshops.
Develop proposals, work to achieve the award of work and manage the projects from a program office perspective
Develop and manage relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Meet financial and non-financial targets in support of Key Performance Indicators

Who You Are:
Bachelors Degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
5 years of relevant experience required. This can include technical engineering experience, project management, and/or customer relationship management.
10-15 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong organization and communication skills and a proven history of managing and effectively leading multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and interfacing with multiple functional groups.
Demonstrated successful offer development skills in effectively planning, estimating and executing significantly complex projects/programs, including complex contract negotiations with clients.
Ability to build consultative relationships with customer, operations, maintenance and engineering decision-makers to enhance Westinghouses position as premier value-added supplier.
Demonstrated ability to oversee project activities and opportunity management, conveying feedback on customer satisfaction, needs and opportunities.
Power plant operations and/or maintenance experience (desirable).
Practical knowledge of regulatory and applicable national / international standards.
Demonstrated business skills, including consideration of financial impact when making decisions.
Consistent demonstration of driving for results.
Willingness and ability to travel to sites in the Americas for customer meetings, vendor meetings, industry conferences, etc. as required.
Mastery of the office productivity tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, D365, OneNote, and Outlook.

PWROG Leadership travel requirement is 30% or greater (both domestic and international)
