This position will be the Admin Assistant to the General Manager – right hand person to assist with operations, documentation, company events/meals, etc. This person will be very involved in all aspects of the business and will be responsible for keeping things moving when the GM is not there.

Job Duties

– Performs data entry into our ERP system including, but not limited to opening customer orders and work orders.

– Answer phones and assist customers with requested information.

– Creates Purchase Orders in our ERP system and distributes a copy to supplier.

– Creates professional reports for each customer as required following a dispatch.

– Filing information both electronically and physically.

– Obtain quotes for equipment rentals and miscellaneous parts required for each job.

– Enter costs onto work orders in our ERP system including, but not limited to labor costs, per diem costs, travel expenses, miscellaneous parts as required for each job.

– Complete monthly expense reports for all service technicians.

– Establishes new suppliers in advance of placing an order via New Vendor Approval process.

– Establishes new customers in advance of opening an order via New Customer Request process.

– Prepares customer orders for invoicing.

Monday – Friday

8:00am – 4:30pm

1/2 hour lunch

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Customer Service and Administrative experience preferred.

Prior Microsoft software experience.

ERP system experience
