Job Duties

​Coordinates education programming for student learners and serves as a liaison between the students, their school and clinical departments. Supports learners in their onboarding and clinical integration as well as project-based needs. Supports the oversight of student observers. Serves as an administrative liaison with education leaders, faculty and staff to assure students are integrated the system. Serves as a liaison with other departments.

Coordinates acceptance and placement of student learners in clinical programs.

Participates in the onboarding of learners into the clinical system utilizing appropriate management systems.

Manages work flow and project assignments.

Liaison with school offices and their school coordinators/preceptors

Liaison with other departments for student learner needs.

Provides and schedules appropriate orientation and testing for students.

Arranges appropriate system accesses and required training for those systems.

Oversees assigned projects, including, defining scope, methods, data collection, and analysis.

Evaluates areas where efficiency of resources can be maximized.

Participates in budget development and implementation as needed.

Position Details

This role with support the Geisinger system and will require minimal travel.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)

Experience

Minimum of 7 years-Relevant experience (Required)

Certification(s) and License(s)
