RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating graphics generated with automated tools into deliverable documents, ensuring all graphic projects are completed on time, within budget, and to user satisfaction.

Graphic Development: Prepare and develop presentation graphics that support various curriculum authoring software packages related to the MQ-4C Triton UAS maintenance program. Support the development of contract deliverables and reports by enhancing the quality and usability of documents through effective graphic design.

Integration and Coordination: Integrate graphics generated with automated tools into deliverable documents. Assist in coordinating graphic production schedules and liaise with outside vendors for production support as needed. Execute graphic projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to user satisfaction. Interface with users to determine project scope and the most effective graphic medium to use.

Technical Expertise: Operate, set up, and manage computer graphic systems. Stay updated on graphics systems and application packages, including desktop publishing, GIS, HTML, multimedia, and other relevant graphics applications.

Software Proficiency: Convert Adobe Animate files into HTML5 format and apply knowledge of the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) Distance and Emerging Learning Technologies and Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) Support (DELTIS) format.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain.

Years of Experience & Education: High School Diploma and 0-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/BA in Graphic Design or a related field and 5 years of experience

Experience creating graphics for military training (military/CNATT training) or publications is desirable but not required.

Prior experience converting Adobe Animate files in HTML5 format

Experience with Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT) Distance and Emerging Learning Technologies and Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) Support (DELTIS) format

Proficiency in desktop publishing software and familiarity with graphics applications relevant to military training and maintenance programs.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interface with users and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

This position has a flexible workplace setting that is a hybrid remote where candidates can work from home but must be able to attend any/all on-base meetings.

Compensation: $59,840-89,650. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
